The only matters we pass on are those that have cleared our seven-point assessment and already drawn interest from a funder — outbound claims for firms abroad, inbound enforcement for firms in mainland China. No directory, no mass mailing, and roles and fees are settled before anyone is introduced.
Four kinds of firm, each with its own part
A cross-border matter usually passes between several firms in several places. Who does what, who reports to whom and who pays is written down before anyone is introduced.
Local counsel
Acts at the seat or in court, and gives the local-law view during assessment. Hourly, fixed or part-contingent fees — paid directly by the funder where there is one.
Asset tracing
Registries, real estate, banking and related parties, reported in a form that can go straight into a freezing or enforcement application. Paid by stage.
Enforcement agents
Recognition, attachment, freezing and realisation on the ground. Usually a base fee plus a share of what is recovered.
Funder
Funds fees and costs on assessed matters and is repaid from recoveries in the agreed priority. Approved funders can review assessed matters in the deal room.
How a matter reaches you
Matching happens after assessment. We put forward only firms that fit the venue, the dispute type and the size — usually two or three per matter.

We profile you by jurisdictions served, dispute types and matter size. Contact details stay internal.
Match per matter
Once a matter is assessed, candidate firms receive the assessment summary first, so you can decide whether to take it and how to price it.
Introduce & work
With the client’s consent we introduce you, and you contract with the client or funder directly. We track progress and feedback on both sides — firms that deliver get more work.
